New Water Rate Structure

Columbia Water & Light has adopted a new water rate structure effective Jan. 22, 2019. An interested parties meeting was held Nov. 7 to receive public input and a consultant prepared a cost of service study for the utility. This new rate structure raised the year-round water rate to $2.86 per CCF and created a three tier system for the summer months which include June through September.
